Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By placing an order with Sweet Ark & Co, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed before they are considered accepted.

• Payment may be required in advance to secure your order date.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

• Custom designs are made to the best of our ability.

• Minor variations in color, design, and decoration are normal and not considered defects.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the nature of custom food products, all sales are final once production has begun.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48–72 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery (you can adjust this window).

• No refunds will be given for orders not picked up.

Pickups & Deliveries

• Customers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled pickups.

• Sweet Ark & Co is not responsible for damage that occurs after the order has been handed off.

Food Safety Responsibility

Once the product is delivered or picked up, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.
