Cancellation & Policy

Order Timeline

• Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance.

• Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include a fee.

Payment Policy

• Payment is required after your order is confirmed.

• Orders are not placed on the schedule until payment is received.

• Accepted payment methods will be sent via email or text.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as supplies and ingredients have already been purchased.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

Pickup Policy

• Pickup times are arranged once your order is confirmed.

• Please arrive on time; early arrivals may not be accommodated.

• Treats should be transported in a cool, shaded area to prevent melting or damage.

Allergy Notice

Sweet Ark & Co. treats are made in a kitchen that may handle allergens such as dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, and wheat. While we take care with every order, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
